Global Free Shipping Policy
We offer free global shipping for all orders, and you will not incur any additional shipping costs. Please note that all related taxes and fees are covered by us, so you won’t have to pay any extra charges.
Shipping Time
Your order will typically be shipped within 3 days, depending on the items purchased. Please note that some products are custom-made based on customer requests to ensure the highest quality. In such cases, shipping times may be extended.
We ship from multiple international warehouses located in Japan, the United States, and China. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on stock availability. For returns, you will need to send the items back to the corresponding warehouse. Please refer to our refund policy to initiate the return process.
Delivery Time
Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. The estimated delivery times are as follows (in calendar days):
- United States and Canada: 7-14 days
- European countries: 7-14 days
- Other regions: 12-21 days
If there are delays caused by the courier company, AUTHENTIC KATANA is not responsible for delayed packages. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@authentickatana.com.
Upon receiving your items, please ensure to check that the delivered products match your order before signing the receipt.
Customs Duties and Taxes
As the buyer, you do not need to pay any additional taxes, duties, or fees for your order, as these have already been covered by us. If taxes are required, please contact our customer service, and we will work with the courier company to resolve the issue.
Additionally, you must ensure that the items you order are legal and allowed to be shipped to your country. If you have any doubts about the legality of a product, please verify with the relevant authorities before placing your order. We are not responsible for items seized or held by customs.
In the event that items are lost, stolen, or seized by customs, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for your order. Please take necessary precautions to minimize the risks associated with international shipping.
If your order is held by customs, they will contact you directly via mail or email with instructions on how to clear your shipment. Please follow their instructions to avoid delays or issues.
