Description
Description
The Kiku Ichimonji Norimune Katana is our interpretation of Okita Souji’s sword from FGO, built around a functional 1060 carbon-steel blade rather than a decorative-only prop. The blade is hand-forged in Bizen Osafune, Setouchi, Okayama, Japan, then sent to our Longquan workshop in China for mounting production, fitting, final assembly, and pre-shipment inspection.
Japanese-Forged 1060 Carbon-Steel Blade
The blade is shaped and hand-forged by our swordsmiths in Bizen Osafune. It uses a hira-zukuri profile and is oil-quenched and tempered to balance edge retention with a tougher spine.

Bizen-Designed Mountings, Finished in Longquan
The mounting design and production specifications are developed by our Bizen Osafune design studio. The components are produced and fitted at our Longquan workshop, where the Japanese-forged blade is assembled into the finished sword.

Sharp and Dull Options
Choose the SHARP version for a sharpened edge or the DULL version for display, collection, and applications where an unsharpened edge is preferred. Both versions receive the same blade forging and heat-treatment process.
Inspection Before Shipment
Each finished sword is checked before shipment. Our internal quality process includes HRC hardness testing, structural safety inspection, assembly inspection, and edge or finish verification appropriate to the selected variant.
